The project focuses on strengthening of the capacities of CLRA, enhancing the skills for negotiation and lobbying, and obtaining knowledge on how to incorporate CLRA’s products and achieve the organization’s goals. Concretely, the tailor-made training intervention will address:
1. Lobbying and negotiating in the law-making process;
2. Consultation in the field of law enforcement;
3. Process of drafting policy papers in the direction of creation policy;
4. Communication techniques (negotiations, litigations); and
5. Social media and lobbying, negotiating (website, publications; annual report).
Through technical training, ongoing coaching and support with the application of what was learned. Thus the TMT will concretely strengthen the overall organizational technical capacities as well as specifically enhance their skills of CLRA in their cooperation with the judicial institutions and in project implementation.
The project will consist of several activities:
– interactive training on legal advocacy and lobbying
– coaching of staff resources that will develop advocacy and lobbying plans
– study visit to the Netherlands.
