I’ve been serving as director of CILC since 2023. I am responsible in this role for running the business and making sure that everything runs smoothly.
Experience and expertise
Before joining CILC, I worked in the Probation Service as a director for a number of years. In my early career, I worked as a manager in forensic care and youth care and held managerial positions for the Dutch Government. I have lots of experience in the field of politics and government.
Passion and vision
What drives and motivates me is helping different organisations to develop their skills and knowledge. I also believe in the power of working together for a better future. I have learnt that working together with like-minded people can have a great impact.
