On the 2nd and 3rd of April representatives of all participating institutions in the BESp project, including the Ministries of Justice of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia, met in Podgorica (Montenegro) to discuss the final draft of the Regional Guidelines on Monitoring and Control for the enforcement systems.
The Guidelines are the result of a series of regional workshops, aiming to exchange regional (local) and national practices and draft guidelines in line with the best international supervision experiences provided by the CILC experts.
These Guidelines will be implemented and used in all of the participating legal systems, expected to strengthen the enforcement process and provide transparency and reliability for all parties involved in the enforcement process.
