Project description
The project aimed to contribute to the accession of Croatia to the European Union, by assisting Croatia with the implementation of alternative dispute resolution as a tool to solve individual labour conflicts.
The project included technical advice and training programs for judges and mediators on the implementation of alternative dispute resolution. For this project CILC made use of a team of key experts, each of whom played and still plays a key role in the development and implementation of the ADR programs in the Netherlands.
