On the occasion of the International Day on the Enforcement Officer, coincidentally a few hours prior to the opening on the EURO 2024 Championship on 14th June 2024 in Tsarsko selo Complex, Sofia, Bulgaria, CILC BESp project held the League of Legal Systems Football Tournament.
The football tournament of enforcement agents has become a tradition among the colleagues in Europe. It has a history of almost 20 years. Last year it was held in Skopje North Macedonia, where the Bulgarian team won and had to host this year’s tournament. It was coordinated with the planned BESp Study visit of the colleagues from the Western Balkans to Bulgaria. With Albanian Chamber of PEAs unable to form a team and Kosovo dropping out in the last minute, the teams of the Chambers of Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Montenegro competed for the Trophy. The Montenegrin team won with 6 points and also boasted the highest scorer. Next year’s tournament will be held in Cetinje, Montenegro and BESp hopes to be part again of this exciting event.
