As of July 2016, we are proud to present our colleague Adeline Tibakweitira as a CILC Project Manager. Adeline has joined CILC in 2005, after obtaining an LLM in business and trade law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her legal background has helped her to understand the problems in the legal sector and how to find solutions for them, and over the years she has built substantial experience acquiring and supporting CILC projects in Indonesia, the Middle East and Africa. As project manager, Adeline is determined to continue assisting those in need and contributing to the development of rule of law in transition countries.
