Identification and Formulation - Study for a project on Fight against Trafficking along the Heroin Route (phase III)

Project description

The overall objective of the assignment is to provide decision makers in the EU with input for a coherent proposal to support a project related to addressing the trafficking along the Heroin Route from/to Afghanistan. This involves defining the structure and main features of such project, conduct all required tasks and produce the necessary documents for allowing full Identification and Formulation of the project.

More specifically, the purpose of the assignment is to prepare all the necessary elements of an Action Document to implement a potential future € 12 million project developed on the basis of this assignment as well as all the necessary elements of a contract to implement the project.
