Project description

The project sets up a leadership programme focused on strengthening public leadership to ensure institutions perform better in implementing and enforcing law and in involving civil society. It consists of training on leadership and good governance to improve visionary and strategic leadership of decision-makers at institutions in the public security sector, supported by a training of trainers and a security benchmark in pilot municipalities as tool for improved performance and standard setting.
