Legal Aid: Need analysis, review of policy and technical support for improving policy and institutional framework and policy capacity

Project description

A team of three international and national experts will carry out this consultancy assignment on behalf of CILC. The assignment will be done in two stages. First, the team will assess the needs for legal aid and review the current status of Azerbaijan’s legal aid system. Based on this assessment, the experts will prepare a package with recommendations and an Action Plan for the implementation of the recommendations. In between two consultation workshops will be held: one workshop to obtain feedback on the draft Needs Assessment and review and one workshop to obtain feedback on the draft Recommendations Package and Action Plan.
