Project description
The project was designed to achieve the following objectives:
1. To enhance the capacity and skills of ILPD staff. This includes the ability of ILPD management and staff to mainstream gender and for staff to offer services in needs of the justice sector in sustainable way.
2. To enhance ILPD’s oversight of all Continuous Legal Education in the country, through coordination with other stakeholders. Gender is a focus area.
3. To strengthen ILPD’s research and consultancy capacity. This includes a gender dimension and being able to function as training centre for research for the justice sector.
4. To strengthen ILPD’s visibility and position in Rwanda and regionally.
