I joined CILC in 2024 as Project Controller. I’m responsible for all financial matters relating to all the projects CILC carries out. My work includes acquisition, controlling financial progress, reporting to donors and auditors and closing projects.

Experience and expertise

I began my career in 1999 and have been working in the international development sector since 2013. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (with a specialisation in Financial Management). Being able to combine my financial skills with helping others is what makes working in the development sector so interesting.

Passion and vision

My passion is to share my financial knowledge with my colleagues and the management so they can make financially sound decisions.
