I began collaborating with CILC in 2007 and have been involved in numerous projects in various countries through the years. I am a senior expert in training, capacity-building, evaluation and project management. In this role I am responsible for designing and implementing international projects. This includes project planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting.
I’ve been working in international development cooperation for more than 30 years. With a degree in sociolinguistics and an MBA in Management and Business Administration, I’ve been working as a Rule of Law consultant for the past 20 years. I have gained experience working in both the Western Balkans, Caucasus and Europe and Central Asia and South-East Asia.
I am passionate about facilitating training and professional development, building organisational culture and bringing about a collaborative spirit. What motivates me is facilitating policy reforms and capacity-building and seeing how people and organisations develop and grow as a result. I strive to form the best performing teams and to build lasting relationships.
