Faculty managers from An-Najah University, Birzeit University, Hebron University and the Palestinian Judicial Institute (PJI) attended a leadership training in the Netherlands between 13 and 17 March. The training was offered in cooperation by MDF Training & Consultancy and Saxion University of Applied Sciences as part of the NICHE project “Capacity Development in Higher Legal Education” (CDiHLE), and gave the 12 attending guests an opportunity to deepen their insights into the key competencies, personal qualities and challenges connected to leading individuals and teams.
