Project Design

We design international legal cooperation projects that bring together excellent expertise, local know-how and a shared commitment to quality. Our role as project designer encompasses researching the current situation, assembling the required expertise and composing the project team with partners from our network.

Project Management

We have far-reaching experience in managing and implementing projects. The projects range from training professionals and helping to develop justice reform strategies to facilitating regional law enforcement cooperation. Whatever the project, we focus on generating sustainable development through sharing best practices, applying consistent management standards and strong capacity-building.

Advisory Services

We provide advisory services to non-Dutch legal organisations and public institutions. Our advisory activities include conducting gaps and needs analysis, moderating policy dialogues and facilitating regional networks. Being based in The Hague adds value to our services as we have longstanding relationships with the international legal community operating in our home city.
